Pro Auto Parts offers local pickup in Olds, Alberta, and shipping options across Canada. Shipping availability depends on the part’s size, weight, destination and carrier requirements.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or provided through a separate quote before payment. Large or heavy items, including engines, transmissions and axle assemblies, may require pallet freight.
Any additional charges for residential delivery, liftgate service or special handling will be explained before you approve the shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2-3 business days after payment and availability are confirmed. Parts requiring removal, special packaging or freight arrangements may take longer. We will contact you if additional preparation time is needed.
Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and destination. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed service has been expressly agreed upon.
Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Delivery Address and Access
Please provide a complete delivery address, postal code and working phone number.
For freight deliveries, tell us whether the destination is residential or commercial and whether a forklift, loading dock or liftgate is required. Any additional charges caused by incorrect delivery information or a missed appointment will be discussed with you and handled according to the agreed shipping terms and applicable law.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Check your shipment when it arrives. If you notice damage, record it on the delivery receipt where possible and take photographs of the packaging, shipping label and affected part.
Keep the packaging and contact us promptly. Failure to notice damage at delivery does not automatically remove your legal rights.

Please arrange pickup at least one day ahead and wait for confirmation that your order is ready. Bring your invoice or order confirmation and a suitable vehicle for transporting the part.
Contact us beforehand if you need help loading a large or heavy item.
